Delivery Information

1.1. Delivery is available to European Union countries and other European countries available at checkout.

1.2. If delivery is required to a country not listed, the Buyer may contact the Seller for clarification.

2.1. Default carriers:

• Omniva

2.2. The delivery method depends on destination, weight, and service availability.

2.3. The Seller reserves the right to modify the delivery method if necessary.

3.1. Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

3.2. Delivery time may vary depending on:

• destination country
• carrier workload
• logistics conditions
• force majeure circumstances

4.1. Costs depend on destination and parcel weight.

4.2. Standard rates:

• Latvia — €2.99
• Lithuania and Estonia — €10.00
• Other European countries — €20.00

4.3. Non-standard parcels are calculated individually before shipment.

5.1. Standard pricing applies to parcels up to 400 grams.

5.2. Exceeding limits requires individual cost confirmation with the Buyer.

6.1. Orders can be collected at:

6.2. Self-collection is free of charge.

6.3. The Buyer will be notified when the order is ready for pickup.

7.1. Alternative delivery methods may be arranged upon request.
