The Contract is concluded in accordance with:

• the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia;
• Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”;
• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR);
• other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Contract regulates the purchase of goods through the online store www.zaptieka.com.

1.2. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer confirms that:

• he/she has read the terms of this Contract;
• agrees to the terms of the Contract;
• is legally capable;
• has provided accurate information.

1.3. If the order is placed on behalf of a legal entity, the person placing the order confirms that he/she has the necessary authorization.

1.4. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer after full payment and delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

1.5. The Seller has the right to amend the terms of this Contract at any time.

2. Information About Goods

2.1. The online store sells natural cosmetics, health and beauty products.

2.2. Information about the goods, including description, ingredients (INCI), instructions for use, volume and other characteristics, is provided in the product description.

2.3. The color, packaging or appearance of the goods may slightly differ from the images shown on the website.

2.4. The information published on the website does not constitute medical advice and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment or prevention of diseases.

2.5. The Buyer is obliged to review the ingredients of the product before use. The Seller shall not be liable for individual intolerance or allergic reactions.

3. Order Placement

3.1. Orders are accepted through the online store 24 hours a day.

3.2. To place an order, the Buyer adds selected goods to the shopping cart and completes the order form.

3.3. The Buyer must provide:

• name and surname;
• delivery address;
• e-mail address;
• telephone number;
• other information necessary for order fulfillment.

3.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.

3.5. After placing an order, the Buyer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. All prices on the website are indicated in euros (EUR).

4.2. VAT is included in the price in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

4.3. Delivery costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.

4.4. Payment may be made using the following methods:

• bank card;
• online banking;
• Apple Pay;
• Google Pay;
• other payment methods available on the website.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is available within the countries specified on the website.

5.2. The estimated delivery time is from 2 to 6 business days.

5.3. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must submit a withdrawal notice:

• by e-mail to: info@zaptieka.com;
• or by post to the Seller’s legal address.

7. Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal

7.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• opened cosmetic products;
• products which cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons;
• goods with damaged original packaging.

8. Claims and Product Quality

8.1. The Buyer has the right to submit a claim regarding non-conformity of the goods.

8.2. Claims may be submitted:

• by e-mail to: info@zaptieka.com;
• or in writing to the Seller’s legal address.

9. Processing of Personal Data

9.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy of the online store.

9.2. Personal data is used for:

• order processing;
• delivery of goods;
• accounting;
• communication with the Buyer;
• compliance with legal obligations.

10. Liability of the Parties

10.1. The Seller shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• inaccurate information provided by the Buyer;
• violation of storage or usage instructions;
• force majeure circumstances.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. This Contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.

11.2. Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations.

11.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the Buyer has the right to apply to:

• the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC);
• or a court in accordance with applicable law.

11.5. If any provision of this Contract is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
